Terms of Use
Last updated: 12 October 2026
1. Operator and scope
This website is operated by Big Enough Productions Ltd, company number 09987308, with registered office at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, United Kingdom, WC2H 9JQ. For website enquiries contact info@bigenough.co.uk.
These terms concern browsing this corporate website and using its approved partner workspace. A production, licence, sponsorship, adaptation, co-production, purchase or other commercial transaction requires its own agreement. External shops and services have their own terms. This page does not replace those arrangements.
2. Information and availability
Website material describes our public activities and areas of interest. It is not an offer of a specific project, investment, placement, service or licence. We may update information, correct errors, change features or temporarily suspend access. Please confirm availability, rights ownership, territories, deliverables and commercial details directly before relying on them for a business decision.
Development projects and confidential materials are not displayed on the public website. Access to a private workspace is controlled separately and does not establish a commitment to work together.
3. Intellectual property and permitted use
Website text, design, images, film material, music, software, marks and other content may belong to us or to third-party rightsholders. Their appearance here does not imply that we exclusively own or can license every right. Names and marks identify the relevant activities and remain subject to their applicable ownership and permissions.
You may browse the site and retain a reasonable copy of public information for your own lawful reference. Other reproduction, distribution, alteration, commercial use or exploitation requires the relevant permission or another applicable legal entitlement. Do not remove rights notices or imply an endorsement, partnership or licence that has not been agreed.
4. Enquiries and creative submissions
Give accurate information and contact us only for a lawful purpose. Do not send malware, misleading identity details or confidential information that you are not entitled to disclose. Our contact form accepts no attachments. Read the Unsolicited Materials Policy before contacting us about creative work. A response or receipt does not itself accept a submission or establish a confidential relationship.
5. Partner accounts
Access is individual. Do not share a password, transfer an account or use someone else's identity. Tell us if your employment, company affiliation or authority to represent an organisation changes. We may review, restrict or suspend an account when access is no longer appropriate or a security concern arises.
Account approval, company approval and permission to a particular project or document are separate. Level 4 is manually granted for the exact account, company and material. An NDA, a global access level or a download does not automatically grant further access or any rights in a work.
Use confidential materials only for the purpose authorised in the applicable written agreement. Do not redistribute them, give others access or upload them to a third-party system unless authorised. Where a signed agreement sets different or more detailed obligations, that agreement governs the relevant relationship.
6. Prohibited interference
Do not try to circumvent permission checks, misuse password recovery, interfere with other accounts, access non-public systems without authority or disrupt the website. Use of ordinary search tools or legal exceptions remains subject to applicable law and the rights of others.
7. Links and external services
A link does not guarantee the quality, availability, security or terms of a third-party destination. External purchases, account features, media playback and services are governed by the relevant provider's arrangements. We do not grant permissions controlled by that provider merely by linking to it.
8. Responsibility and mandatory rights
We use reasonable care in maintaining this corporate website. It is not a substitute for project-specific due diligence or professional advice. Subject to applicable law, we do not undertake to keep every page continuously available or to keep commercial opportunities unchanged.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Nothing removes a mandatory consumer, data-protection or other statutory right. Any limitation is subject to the legal conditions that apply in the circumstances.
9. Applicable law and disagreements
Subject to mandatory applicable rights and any separate signed agreement, these website terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. We ask that you contact us first about a website-related concern. The competent courts and any rights you have to bring proceedings locally are determined by applicable law; these terms do not remove a jurisdictional protection that the law gives you.
10. Changes and contact
We may update these website terms prospectively. The date above identifies this version. A website update does not silently amend an existing signed commercial agreement. Contact: info@bigenough.co.uk.
