Unsolicited Materials Policy
Last updated: 12 October 2026
1. No unsolicited creative submissions
Big Enough Productions Ltd does not accept unsolicited scripts, screenplays, treatments, story outlines, pitches, concepts, manuscripts, recordings, lyrics, artwork, designs or other creative materials through this website, the general contact form or ordinary business email.
Please do not send confidential material or attach creative files unless an authorised Big Enough representative has first invited that exact submission in writing and agreed the applicable process. A request to introduce yourself or your business is not an invitation to send creative work.
2. What the contact form is for
The form is intended for general corporate enquiries, brand partnerships, product placement, publishing, music, rights and media enquiries. It accepts no attachments. Rights enquiries should identify the relevant published work and the proposed use without sending confidential source material.
3. If unsolicited material is received
We may decline to open, review, retain or return unsolicited material. We are not obliged to respond, provide feedback, undertake evaluation or keep an unsolicited creative submission confidential solely because it was sent to us. We may delete it or retain only the limited record needed to administer correspondence, security or a dispute, in accordance with our privacy arrangements.
Receipt, an automated acknowledgement or a general reply does not create a development arrangement, agency relationship, partnership, option, licence or obligation to pay. It also does not establish an NDA or other confidentiality commitment.
4. Your rights remain yours
This policy does not transfer your copyright or other intellectual-property rights to us. It does not grant us a licence to exploit your work simply because you sent it. At the same time, our independent work or that of our collaborators may involve similar themes, genres or ideas; receipt of an unsolicited message does not establish that such work was derived from your submission.
5. Invited submissions and concerns
A specifically invited submission is handled under the applicable written process and any agreed terms. If you believe material on this website infringes your rights, you may send a focused rights enquiry identifying the material and your entitlement. Contact info@bigenough.co.uk; do not include more personal or confidential information than necessary.
