Email & Enquiry Privacy Notice
Last updated: 12 October 2026
1. Who handles business correspondence
Big Enough Productions Ltd, company number 09987308, registered office 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, United Kingdom, WC2H 9JQ, handles business contact information and correspondence for the enquiries described here. Privacy enquiries: info@bigenough.co.uk. This notice supplements our Privacy Policy.
2. Information and sources
We receive names, email addresses, optional company details, enquiry categories, subjects and messages through the website form or direct email. Subsequent correspondence may contain professional roles, telephone details, meeting preferences and information needed to consider a proposed business relationship. Email also carries technical delivery information and may be subject to provider security checks.
Information normally comes from you, someone authorised to represent your organisation, an existing business correspondent or a relevant professional referral. Where a contact is introduced by another person, we use only information relevant to the introduction and provide privacy information when communicating, subject to applicable requirements.
3. Purposes and lawful basis
We process ordinary business correspondence to respond, assess relevance, arrange meetings, discuss rights or commercial opportunities and maintain a record of an appropriate professional relationship. Our legitimate interests are the administration of relevant business enquiries and communications. Where we take requested steps towards a contract with an individual or perform such a contract, that contractual basis may apply. Specific legally required records are processed to meet that obligation.
Sending an enquiry, acknowledging this notice or creating an approved account does not subscribe you to a newsletter. Any marketing permission or opt-out required for a separate campaign is handled separately. Where consent is relied upon, you may withdraw it. You may also object to processing based on legitimate interests, subject to the conditions that apply.
4. Routing and recipients
The website routes general, publishing and press enquiries to the relevant corporate inbox, partnership and rights enquiries to the production team, and music enquiries to the Krackerz Music inbox. Authorised personnel receive information relevant to their work. Hosting and email delivery use Hostinger services; Cloudflare Turnstile supports form verification. Advisers or a specifically involved counterparty may receive information where necessary for the authorised discussion or a legal requirement.
The contact-form handler does not save the content of an enquiry in the WordPress database. The email provider, business inbox, backups or an enabled SMTP logging service may retain copies. Separate partner-workspace messages and meeting requests are stored in WordPress. Do not assume a website acknowledgement proves delivery to a particular recipient.
5. Locations and retention
Big Enough Productions Ltd is established in the United Kingdom. The website and partner-account database are hosted by Hostinger on a primary server located in Frankfurt, Germany. Hosting backups are stored in France. Authorised Big Enough personnel access relevant information to administer enquiries, partner accounts and business relationships. Business email is provided through Hostinger’s email services; its processing and storage arrangements are separate from the website’s hosting and backup locations. Cloudflare Turnstile processes technical verification information through Cloudflare’s international infrastructure, which may involve processing outside the United Kingdom and European Economic Area, including in the United States. Optional YouTube and Vimeo players may also involve international processing when the visitor enables them.
Hostinger and Cloudflare publish Data Processing Addenda governing their processing of customer personal data. These include provisions for international transfers, including the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses and the UK International Data Transfer Addendum where applicable. Cloudflare’s addendum also addresses transfers covered by the applicable Data Privacy Framework. The mechanism relevant to a particular transfer depends on the service, destination and applicable data protection law. You may contact info@bigenough.co.uk to request information about the safeguards applicable to your personal information and how to obtain a copy, subject to lawful confidentiality restrictions.
We keep enquiry and account information while it is needed for an active enquiry, an approved business relationship, the administration of permissions or a documented legal or accounting obligation. We then review whether it should be deleted or anonymised. Where a dispute, claim or contractual obligation requires longer retention, only relevant information is retained for that purpose. Backup copies are retained for the applicable backup cycle and are not used for new purposes.
6. Your choices, rights and complaints
You can ask us about the information we hold concerning you, correct contact details, raise an objection or request deletion, restriction or portability where the legal conditions apply. Contact info@bigenough.co.uk. We may need to verify identity and retain particular records where a legal obligation, contract or defensible claim requires it. You can complain to the UK ICO or another competent supervisory authority where applicable.
7. Email sent in error and confidential material
If you receive an email intended for someone else, please notify the sender and delete the message rather than redistributing it. This request does not establish that every email is legally privileged. A confidentiality arrangement must arise from the relevant law or an applicable agreement.
Do not send passwords, unnecessary sensitive information or unsolicited creative material. Our Unsolicited Materials Policy explains how specifically invited submissions differ from ordinary correspondence. Email receipt alone does not establish a licence, an NDA, acceptance of creative material or a commercial commitment.
Partner account service emails
If you request a partner account, we use the submitted business email to send a link to verify the address and set a personal password. We may also send an account approval message following manual review. These service messages do not subscribe you to marketing. Confidential project and document permissions are managed separately inside the portal.
