REFUND POLICY

 

Overview

At Big Enough Productions Ltd, we strive to deliver high-quality products made specifically to order. Due to the nature of our business model, all items sold through our online store are produced on a print-on-demand basis and are custom-made exclusively for each customer once an order is placed.
Accordingly, and in accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any items purchased through our store, except in cases where the goods are faulty or defective, as described below.

 

No Right of Cancellation

By placing an order on our website, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • All sales are final;
  • Each product is manufactured specifically for your order (print-on-demand);
  • You waive your statutory right of withdrawal, as per Regulation 28(1)(b) of the
    Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, which excludes “goods that are made to the
    consumer’s specifications or are clearly personalised.”
 

Therefore, once an order is submitted, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded for reasons including (but not limited to) change of mind, ordering error, or dissatisfaction with the product if no defect is present.


Exceptions – Damaged or Defective Goods

In the unlikely event that a product arrives damaged, misprinted, or otherwise defective, we will, in accordance with your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, offer a replacement at no additional cost.

To be eligible for a replacement:

  • You must notify us in writing within 7 days of receipt of the goods;
  • You must include clear photographic evidence of the defect or damage;
  • The issue must be due to a fault in the production or delivery process (not misuse, wear and
    tear, or user error).

Upon validation, we will reprint and dispatch a replacement item at no cost. Refunds will only be issued in circumstances where a replacement is not feasible.


How to Report a Fault

To report a faulty item, please contact our customer service team at info@bigenough.co.uk with your order number, a description of the issue, and photographic evidence of the defect. Our team will review your case and respond within 3 business days.
